Art Direction; Design; Management of vendors, budget, and timeline; Onsite signage installation oversight

THE PROJECT

Create a seamless attendee experience from the pre-event digital communications to the onsite touchpoints including experiential venue signage and set designs, as well as multiple themed nights with branded gifts.

SIGNAGE DESIGNS

Goal: Beyond wayfinding and general branding, the client wanted the signage to provide interactive touchpoints for attendees throughout the event.

Solution: A 290 sq.ft. graphic installation that invited employees to share where they traveled from and connect with their team members.

SET DESIGNS

Goal: As an annual event, it was important to create a fresh set design while staying on brand with the bright, minimalist aesthetic throughout the rest of the event.

Solution: A stage that provided the look of a seamless screen, while allowing for speakers to enter from the middle. The 3 screens created a simple way to showcase presentations while focusing on the event theme and animations.
