First time guests at BKB didn’t know what to expect before they visited.
Starting to climb comes with its own set of unique variables to learn about; gear, risk management, and even the lingo. The website didn’t address many of these common pre-visit questions and overall didn’t align with the goal of welcoming people to climbing.
